🎓 Educational Qualification
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised university with a minimum CGPA of 3.50 out of 4.00, or an equivalent result under the applicable grading system.
💻 Computer Proficiency
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Ability to use E-mail and Internet-based systems.
- Data-entry operations and accurate information verification.
- Good typing and computer operating skills.
🗣️ Language Proficiency
Candidates should be able to communicate clearly and professionally in Bangla and English, both verbally and in writing.
💼 Relevant Experience
At least one year of relevant work experience will be preferred in areas such as:
- Visa operations
- Document processing
- Data entry
- Customer service
- Front-office operations
- Technology-enabled service delivery
📅 Job Tenure
The selected candidates will be engaged on a one-year contractual basis. The contract may be renewed subject to satisfactory performance and operational requirements.
📍 Job Location
Selected candidates may be posted, transferred or deployed at any existing, reopened or newly established IVAC anywhere in Bangladesh, depending on operational requirements.
💰 Salary & Benefits
Salary and other benefits will be provided according to the prevailing approved compensation and benefits structure of IVAC.

- Online application will be accepted from 02 September 2026 to 15 September 2026.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for a Practical Computer Proficiency and Typing Test.
- Only candidates who qualify in the practical test will be allowed to appear for the interview.
- Final merit ranking will be prepared solely on the basis of marks awarded in the interview.
